Sheena Parris

Clean Energy Development Coordinator, Nova Scotia Department of Energy

Sheena joined the Department of Energy and Mines in June 2017 as a Clean Energy Development Coordinator. In this role, she leverages her experience working in municipal government, non-profits, and research institutions to help communities and organizations in Nova Scotia achieve their sustainable energy goals. Currently, her portfolio includes affordable housing and first nations energy efficiency pilots, solar policy and program development, and stakeholder engagement.

Sheena is a graduate of Dalhousie University where she completed a BA with combined honours in Environmental Studies and International Development and holds a certification in Environmental Impact Assessment.
